To maintain an atmosphere of serenity, we request that you refrain from bringing children into Ju Monique Skin & Beauty Clinic.
Guests of Ju Monique Skin & Beauty Clinic must be a minimum of 14 years of age.
New Guests are required to fill out a Client Consent & Health form upon arrival. Please allow 20 - 30 minutes extra arrival time prior to appointment.
Please Arrive at least 10 minutes early. Tardiness stresses everyone. If you’re late, not only do you inconvenience the patrons, you shorten your pampering time.
Know your modesty limits. Spa therapists are sensitive to privacy issues—appropriate robes & draping are provided to maintain modesty. Our spa can provide disposable undergarments when needed. For all Hydrotherapy Spa treatments please bring your own swimwear. Treatment may be cancelled if modesty is compromised.
Cancellations for multiple service bookings, it would be appreciated to give a 48 hour notice, if possible. If you fail to show, we reserve the right to charge for the full service.
A credit card number is required to hold any appointment for more than one service or person.
Divulge any health issues. Conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid imbalances, heart conditions, allergies, varicose veins, pregnancy and claustrophobia require special attention.

Advanced booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of treatment. A credit card number is required at the time of booking for a confirmed appointment.
Please check in at reception at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the Clinic premises. Lockers will be provided.
Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical complications, are advised to consult their doctors before using any spa services. Please highlight your medical condition to your Therapist.
Smoking and Alcohol
Out of consideration to other guests, please refrain from smoking and consuming alcohol within the premises.
Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice can incur a 50% cancellation fee. A full fee will be imposed for a "no-show".

We accept cash and all major credit cards. All prices are subject to change without prior notice. For all new client booking a service longer than an hour duration we reserve the right to request payment prior to the appointed time of service.
When we open extended hours to serve you better, please be aware that a 15% surcharge applies for Sundays and public holidays.
